  1. Defrost your chicken until it is at room temperature.
  2. Dry your Chicken out of any excessive moister
  3. Dry brine your Chicken with the special Nando's Spices and leave over night for atleast 6 hours
  4. Mix the chicken Nando's sauce and herbs in a bowl with the olive oil
  5. Preheat the grill to 200 degrees Celius
  6. Put the Chicken on the Grill and apply the sauce mixture in the bowl on each side every 10-15 minutes
  7. Grill chicken for a total of 35 minutes
  8. And it is Ready!
